How to Use Trawling Shackles?

(1) Inspect the trawling shackle for cracks, worn pins, or unclear load ratings before use.

(4) Connect to compatible trawling gear; avoid angled pulls that cause stress.

(5) After use in saltwater, rinse with fresh water, dry, and store in a dry, corrosion-free area.
