Manufactured to U.S. Federal Specifications using superior-grade materials that meet international quality standards, this CLGR® high-tensile Dee shackle features a unique square sunken hole screw pin design that eliminates protruding parts to prevent damage and entanglement in fishing nets. The internal chamber hides threads and significantly reduces rope wear during operation.
Certified with a 6:1 safety factor, the shackles for sale are drop-forged from 45# steel with an alloy steel pin, then quenched and tempered for extreme durability in marine environments.
The shackles for sale are available in self-colored, zinc-plated, or hot-dip galvanized finishes for superior corrosion resistance.
