CLGR® High Tensile Chain Shackle with Square Sunken Head Pin, also known as Shackles square sunken hole Dee type, D/Dee Shackle Square Sunken Head Pin and Square Sunken Hole Pin Shackle.

Manufactured to U.S. Federal Specifications using superior-grade materials that meet international quality standards, this high-tensile Dee shackle features a unique square sunken hole screw pin design that eliminates protruding parts to prevent damage and entanglement in fishing nets. The internal chamber hides threads and significantly reduces rope wear during operation.

Certified with a 6:1 safety factor, it is drop-forged from 45# steel with an alloy steel pin, then quenched and tempered for extreme durability in marine environments.

Available in self-colored, zinc-plated, or hot-dip galvanized finishes for superior corrosion resistance.

Specifically designed for single-leg lifting systems in trawling and marine applications, this shackle is assembled with a dedicated sunken hole key for secure connections.

Offered in standard sizes in 7/16", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", with custom specifications and identification marks available to meet specialized requirements.
