For your various requirements, CLGR® can offer a variety of chains. DIN standards include DIN763, DIN764 and DIN766, DIN5683, DIN5685A/C, we also have DIN 766 calibrated chain and Studless/Stud Link Anchor Chain. G80 chains we have G80 fishing chains, among which are short-link chain, mid-link chain, and long link chain. CLGR® also has G80, G95, G64 chain and G100 chain.
1. Load capacity (Core Parameter)
-The maximum working load of the lifting equipment must be matched, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
-The chain specifications (3mm~32mm) directly affect the load-bearing capacity and need to be selected according to actual needs.
2. Material and Strength (Durability Guarantee)
-80 grade alloy steel chain: high strength, wear-resistant, suitable for frequent or heavy load scenarios.
-Galvanized treatment can prevent rust and is suitable for humid or corrosive environments.
3. Length and Diameter (Compatible with Equipment)
-Length: Adjust according to the lifting height to avoid being too long (easy to entangle) or too short (limiting operation).
-Diameter: affects tensile strength and needs to be matched with the load and pulley size.
4. Work environment (Special Requirements)
-High temperature environments require heat-resistant steel chains, and chemical environments require anti-corrosion coatings.
-It is recommended to choose models with high fatigue life for high-frequency use.
5. Safety standards (Compliance)
-Choose chains that comply with ISO, DIN, or GB standards to ensure complete quality inspection and certification.
Material Type of Lifting Chain | Strength & Hardness | Key Characteristics | Applicable Scenarios |
Alloy Steel Lifting Chain | High | Wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, significantly improved toughness and elongation, long service life, easy to bend | Large-scale and frequent use occasions |
Stainless Steel Chain | Slightly lower | Good corrosion resistance | Humid, acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive environments |
Aluminum Alloy Chain | High (relative to its weight) | Lightweight, high-strength | Light load and high-frequency usage scenarios |
Carbon Steel Chain | Lower | Low material cost, weak corrosion resistance | Not suitable for harsh environments; applicable to general scenarios with low requirements on strength, corrosion resistance and service conditions |
