Certified to meet U.S. Federal Specification RR-C-271F Type IVB, Grade A, Class 3 (G-2150), this premium stainless steel D shackle features an oversized cotter bolt pin with castle nut design, delivering superior security for temporary or frequent connection/disconnection needs.
Crafted from corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel through free forging, these rated stainless steel shackles offer exceptional durability in harsh marine and industrial environments.
The D-shaped design of these CLGR® rated stainless steel shackles enables multi-directional load handling with minimal side stress, making them ideal for use with multiple-leg slings, load rings, and wide straps.
Finished with high-polish or electrophoretic coating for enhanced corrosion protection, these rated stainless steel shackles are perfect for rigging, marine tethering, and construction applications—though not suitable for overhead lifting.
Each unit is clearly marked with imperial sizing (based on bow diameter) and permanent Working Load Limit indicators.
These rated stainless steel shackles are available in standard sizes from 3/16" to 1-1/4", with custom specifications and markings offered upon request.
