Galvanized Semi Enclosed Thimbles, also known as Synthetic Rope Thimbles and Reinforced Hawser Thimbles.

The galvanized semi enclosed thimble is made of superior alloy steel as the substrate, and is treated with hot-dip galvanizing or other advanced galvanizing processes.

The galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion resistance to extend service life, while enhancing appearance with a uniform, bright metallic finish.

The semi-enclosed design facilitates quick penetration and positioning of the steel wire rope, provides reliable support and protection for the rope loop, effectively disperses tension and pressure to prevent deformation, wear, or breakage from concentrated force.

Available in Sizes: Ø16/Ø22, Ø24/Ø30, Ø32/Ø40, Ø44，Ø48/Ø56, Ø64, Ø72, Ø80, Ø88/Ø96, Ø112.
