CLGR® G100 Clevis Shortening Clutch, also known as Grade 10 Clevis Shortening Clutch With Pin, Grade 100 Clevis Locking Clutch, Clevis Shortening Clutch with Safety Pin, G100 Shortening Clutch Clevis Type Safety Pin, and Clevis Chain Shortening Clutch.
Clevis shortening clutch with safety pin in grade 100 alloy steel for lifting chain applications, provides the flexibility to shorten a chain sling.
This G100 Clevis shortening clutch is manufactured through quenching and tempering processes, with a working load limit (WLL) that is at least 25% higher than conventional G80 products. It undergoes rigorous proof load testing at 2.5 times the WLL with batch-specific certification and features a 4:1 safety factor for maximum reliability in demanding industrial lifting applications.
