Each workpiece undergoes testing at 2.5 times the working load limit, with sampling conducted for 20,000-cycle fatigue testing and strict batch sampling for breakage testing; all units receive 100% magnetic particle inspection, and 100% of pins are hardness-tested to ensure uniform hardness.
