CLGR® Grade 80 Alloy Swivel Safety hook, also called Swivel Self-Locking / Self-Closing hook, Safety cargo hook with swivel and Safety Hook with Swivel Eye.
Conformed to European type EN818-2, forged from special alloy steel for high strength and toughness with subsequent heat treatment, this component is compatible with standard slings and G80 chains.
Our swivel safety hook offers reliable 360° horizontal rotation and 180° vertical tilting through its robust swivel mechanism. With a 4:1 safety factor in all directions, it outperforms traditional DIN 580 eyebolts (rigid lifting eyes) in flexibility and load adaptability.
While not featuring ball bearings, its durable construction provides dependable performance for general lifting applications at a more economical price point. It suitable for port and ship operations, construction and heavy lifting.
Available G80 swivel self-locking hook sizes include: 6mm, 7/8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 18/20mm, 22mm, 26mm, and 32mm.
