G80 Forged Alloy Round Ring Yellow Painted, also known as Weldless Round Ring, Forged O Ring is forged from high-strength alloy steel and features a powder-coated surface finish.
The rounded design evenly distributes force throughout the entire ring, reducing stress concentration points, thereby improving the durability and load capacity of the product, and extending its service life. At the same time, it allows for the connection of chains, ropes, or hooks from any direction, greatly improving the flexibility and convenience of use, making it very suitable for complex lifting tasks.
The rings are taken proof tests individually and breakage tests and fatigue tests for each batch.

Notes
1) Before each use, the operator must perform a safety inspection on the sling and use it only after being qualified;
2) The sling must be inspected regularly by professionals (trained qualified personnel) every month;
3) If it is found that the dimensional wear of the sling is greater than 5% of the original size, it must be replaced in time;
4) If it is found that the amount of dimensional deformation exceeds 3% of the original size, it must be replaced in time to ensure safety.
