CLGR® Marine Roller Fender is designed to guide vessels safely through space-restricted areas such as narrow channels, dry dock entrances, and lock ports.
It offers extremely low rolling resistance and requires minimal maintenance—making it a reliable choice for demanding marine environments.
As the vessel berths, the fender rotates with the ship's movement while producing slight deformation to absorb part of the impact energy. It can be mounted on fixed axes with special frames, or configured with sliding shafts and post-lateral wheels for maximum energy absorption.
Versatile mounting options allow installation in stacked double or triple configurations for tide zones, or side by side at angles matching the vessel's hull flare. This flexibility makes roller fenders ideal for piers, lock walls, protruding dock corners, and various restricted waterways.
