CLGR® Stainless Steel Rigging Screw Toggle / Swage Stud, also known as jaw & swage rigging screw, closed body toggle & swage stud, or simply adjuster, bottle screw, tensioner.

This rigging screw combines a toggle end with a swage stud end – the toggle provides a flexible pivoted connection with removable clevis pin, while the swage stud is mechanically pressed (hydraulically swaged) onto stainless steel wire rope, forming a permanent terminal. The closed body design protects internal threads from debris and reduces snagging.

Manufactured from 316 marine-grade stainless steel solid bar with a polished mirror finish, it offers excellent resistance to humidity, salt air, and seawater – ideal for both coastal and offshore environments.

Commonly used in wire rope rigging for yachts, sailboats, guardrails, wire balustrades, architectural tension systems, and leisure industries.

Available in various sizes and end combinations – open body and marine body versions also available upon request.
