CLGR® Australian Standard Wire Rope Grips AS2076 also known as AS2076 Wire Rope Grip and Australian Standard Wire Rope Clip.

Our Australian Standard Wire Rope Grips AS2076 are manufactured with heavy-duty cast steel saddles and high-tensile U-bolts featuring larger nuts for greater tightening force, with hot-dip galvanized finish providing maximum corrosion resistance.

These grips are essential for critical non-lifting applications including mining conveyor belt tensioning systems, port mooring bollard installations, and agricultural fencing wire termination where secure rope fastening is required. The 5:1 safety factor ensures reliable performance in demanding scenarios such as securing safety barrier cables along highway margins and fastening crane stationary guy wires.

Available in sizes from 6mm to 52mm to accommodate various cable diameters.

For wire ropes exceeding 1770 grade tensile strength, derating or additional grips may be required.
