CLGR® 2 Inch Ratchet Straps with D Ring, also known as Ratchet Tie Down Strap with D Ring, Ratchet Strap with Floating D Ring, Ratchet Strap D-Ring.

These ratchet straps have a rated strength of 5000 kg and a minimum breaking strain of 2500 daN. They are used for securing, lashing, and fastening loads.

All our ratchet straps meet EN12195-2:2001 safety requirements. They feature a quick release mechanism for easy use. The straps are made from 100% polyester material.

You can choose the webbing part only or the ratchet handle only. The straps come with D-rings and are available in lengths of 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 15m. Rubber corner protectors are also available to protect the webbing.

Each part of the lashing assembly is marked with the manufacturer's mark, size, length, and ID mark. All our ratchets are measured from bearing point to bearing point.

Cautions of CLGR® 2 Inch Ratchet Straps with D Ring

Length of straps

Straps need to be long enough to reach between tie down points or safely secure the load. If ratchet straps are too short, they won't secure properly. Any extra strap must be fastened tightly to prevent it from coming loose and flapping during transit.

Weight capacity of straps

Consider the weight of your load first. Know your cargo's approximate weight and use the right type and number of D-ring straps. The safe working load limit (WLL) is clearly marked on the strap. To secure loads safely, the total WLL must exceed the load weight. Always use D-ring ratchet straps in pairs.
