How To Use A Ratchet Strap？

Insert loose end of strap into mandrel of ratchet
Pull strap through slot in mandrel
Pull slack out of strap to make strap tight
Crank the ratchet to desired tightening
Make sure strap stays in line with other to avoid tangling/locking
Lock handle down after tightening

How To Release A Ratchet Strap？

Pull trigger toward back handle
Open ratchet all the way
Webbing should release
Pull webbing out of mandrel
Pull trigger to unlock
Close ratchet back down
